CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT 2010 - DISCLOSURE

ECMD, Inc. is committed to and supports the elimination of human trafficking and slavery from the supply chain. ECMD's commitment extends to acting on any known credible information of any actual or potential trafficking or slavery in supply chains sourced in the United States or from other countries.

ECMD's standard terms and conditions for its suppliers require that our suppliers comply with all applicable laws, including certification that vendors are in full compliance with the laws of the country in which it is domiciled and the countries in which it does business relating to the utilization of child, forced or prison labor and human trafficking in the manufacture, development or delivery of its products supplied to ECMD, Inc.

ECMD, Inc. currently does not use the services of an independent outside auditor to specifically monitor compliance and verify supply chains with regard to human trafficking and slavery, nor does ECMD, Inc. intend to perform audits of suppliers. In the event ECMD, Inc. receives credible information indicating that human trafficking and slavery may be an issue in its supply chain, it will assess whether or not it should engage a third party to assist with an audit.

Our expectations with respect to human trafficking and slavery are periodically reviewed and discussed with the members of our procurement team informally and at organized training sessions.
